QINGDAO, China - Yellow Sinotruk HOWO tractor trucks are lined up at Qingdao Port, waiting to be loaded for Guinea, West Africa. The trucks are being exported by Liangshan Big Shark International Trade Co., Ltd., a Chinese supplier of heavy-duty trucks, semi-trailers, and construction machinery.
The company says the trucks will be used in logistics, mining, and infrastructure work once they reach Guinea. It also says the order is part of its growing business in West Africa. The company did not say how many trucks are in the shipment, which vessel is carrying them, or when they are expected to arrive.

Sinotruk HOWO trucks are common in Africa, where buyers value their durability, strong engines, and ability to handle rough roads and harsh weather. Qingdao Port is one of China's busiest ports and a regular departure point for vehicles and machinery bound for Africa.
"Guinea is a promising market for us," a spokesperson for Liangshan Big Shark said in a written statement. "We're not just shipping trucks. We're giving customers there equipment they can rely on, so they can keep goods moving and support the country's development. We also help buyers elsewhere with vehicle sourcing, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics."
