Before the trucks left the yard, the company's inspection team went through each one. They checked the VIN, engine number, mileage, tires, axles, gearbox, and cab. They also shot photos and video of the dashboard, engine bay, and any body damage. That report goes to the buyer before payment.
"We start the engine and run it through the gears," the export manager said. "If something's wrong, the truck doesn't go on the ship."
Most of the trucks in this batch came with Weichai engines rated at 371 to 460 horsepower and Fast Gear 12-speed transmissions. That setup is common for long-haul work, port container haulage, and mining support.
One recent order came from a transport company in East Africa. The buyer wanted ten 6×4 trucks for container runs between a port and an inland depot. After looking at inspection videos and a third-party mechanical report, the buyer picked eight units. The company did not name the customer because of a confidentiality clause. Those eight trucks shipped with this batch, along with a spare-parts package that included filters, brake pads, and belts.
